How do I Book Your Appointment?
Call or text us at (469) 799-7899. We'll help you choose the right service and find a time that fits your schedule.

Do I need a consultation?
Yes, and it’s free. Every treatment begins with a free consultation to discuss your goals, review your medical history and make sure the service is right for you.

What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday 10am–3pm, closed Sunday.

How much do permanent makeup services cost?
Ombré or combo brows $500, nano hairstroke brows $600, lip blush $600 and ombré eyeliner $350. These prices do not include the touch-up fee. Touch-ups are $150 for ombré, nano hairstroke and combo brows and lip blush, and $79 for eyeliner. For other treatments, contact us for personalized pricing.

Your permanent makeup appointment

Does it hurt?
A topical numbing product may be used to help keep you comfortable during your treatment.

What is normal during healing?
Right after your appointment, color can look darker or more vibrant than the final healed result. Mild swelling, tenderness, redness or dryness can occur, and color gradually softens as you heal. The final result may take several weeks to fully develop.

How should I care for the treated area?
You'll receive personalized aftercare instructions. General care may include keeping the area clean, not picking or peeling any flaking skin, and avoiding unnecessary sun exposure while you heal.

How long does permanent makeup last?
Permanent makeup is semi-permanent. How long it lasts depends on your skin, lifestyle, sun exposure and aftercare. Color fades gradually over time, and maintenance sessions may be recommended to refresh it.

Will I need a touch-up?
A follow-up touch-up may be recommended after the initial healing period to refine shape, color and pigment retention.

Injectables

When will I see results from Botox®?
Many people notice changes within several days, with results continuing to develop over about 1–2 weeks.

Cancellations and refunds

What if I need to cancel?
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not refundable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Can I get a refund after my service?
Because every service is customized, fees for services that have been performed are non-refundable.

Memberships and gift cards

What do memberships include?
Silver: 10% off injectables, 15% off non-injectables and 20% off wellness & devices. Gold: 15% off injectables, 20% off non-injectables and 25% off wellness & devices. Platinum: 20% off all treatments plus your choice of a HydraFacial, skin tightening or chemical peel each month.

Can gift cards be refunded?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
